I have spent 21 years of my career in education, serving as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school administrator, professional development facilitator, and leadership coach. As I have developed and evolved in leadership, my desire to coach and support leaders has increased.
I aim to support current and aspiring leaders in various fields in discovering their purpose and developing, improving, or enhancing their leadership abilities to transform the climate and culture around them.
