Who Am I?
Greetings! My name is Alkema Lewis. I am the founder, managing consultant, and professional leadership coach practitioner at Alkema Lewis Consultant. I am so happy you are visiting my site.
I have spent 21 years of my career in education, serving as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school administrator, professional development facilitator, and leadership coach. My desire to coach and support leaders has increased as I have developed and evolved in leadership and in my faith. I aim to support current and aspiring leaders in various fields in discovering their purpose and developing, improving, or enhancing their leadership abilities to transform the climate and culture around them.
Furthermore, I am deeply committed to offering consulting support to organizational leaders in developing long-term strategies that align with their mission and vision. I focus on anticipating and effectively managing change within organizations. This enables leaders to successfully operationalize systems and structures that facilitate the effective management of teams and personnel and create a transformational climate and culture.

While my primary background is in education, I have also had the privilege of supporting leaders and organizations across various industries. I possess a unique ability to cultivate leadership through coaching and assisting leaders in identifying the specific needs of their personal leadership styles, teams, and organizations. This approach fosters positive transformations, significantly improving the organizational climate and culture and enhancing strategic and operational leadership.
